Terms of Service Working Together Clearly

These terms set out how Webb Inspirations provides services and what both parties can expect.

Scope of Services

Webb Inspirations provides website design, branding support, and related digital services as agreed in a quote or proposal.

Quotes and Payment

  • Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
  • Where a £100 Project Start Payment is requested, it opens the initial project-start stage, including the Private Project Workspace and onboarding review process.
  • If the project proceeds, the Project Start Payment is credited against the final website project total as set out in the relevant payment request or agreement.
  • Payment milestones and due dates are set out in your project agreement.
  • Late payment may delay project delivery.

Revisions and Approvals

  • Revision rounds are provided as described in your package or proposal.
  • Additional changes outside agreed scope may require a separate quote.
  • Client approval is required before final launch.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Ensure submitted content and assets are lawful and usable.
  • Maintain credentials and access details securely where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are licensed or transferred as agreed in writing. Third-party tools, plugins, fonts, or stock assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Liability

Webb Inspirations is not liable for indirect losses, third-party outages, or issues caused by changes made outside agreed support. Liability is limited to the value of services provided.

Termination

Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed and committed costs up to the termination date are chargeable.
